- 1. Can I order by email?
- Yes, you can order by email. We will be happy to serve you in english via email also. Our email address is info@hattu.fi. Please let us know what product you would like to order and in what color option and size. Also we need delivery address and your phone number. We will get back to you with our account information with payment details.
- 2. Can you send my order to Posti or Matkahuolto's parcel machine?
- Sure we can. When ordering, indicate in the order details field to which parcel machine you want your parcel to be delivered. (Name and address of the machine)
- 3. I didn't get the order confirmation. Did you get my order?
- You should always get order confirmation from successful order. Sometimes it could take a while before the order confirmation comes to your email. Have you check your junk mail? Or could you email be full? Sometimes there could also be wrong email when placing the order and then order confirmation will not come in a right inbox. Please contact us in unclear situations so we can figure it out.
- 4. Can all the products shown on the website be found in the Tampere store?
- Most of the products in our online store can be found in our Tampere store. Of course, some products, mainly from our own Ainamuoti collection, are only made after we receive the order.
In our warehouse store, we display the most suitable headwear for the season. Due to limited store space, there are many products on the warehouse side, from which we are happy to search for products to match. If you wish and to save time, you can contact us before you come, so we can look for suitable products to match. Of course, you can come to the store to mediate without announcing. Welcome!
- 5. How do I get a discount code?
- From time to time, we may have a nice promotional / discount code. We provide information about promotions and discount codes in our newsletters and / or Facebook / Instagram accounts. Of course, sometimes the discount code can be displayed on the front page of our website.

- 6. I'm going on a holiday. Can I pack my hat in travelling bag?
- Yes, but there are few things to remember when packing a hat. Usually it's best to pack the hat in it's shape. You can place your hat between other stuff. Crown of the hat could be filled with socks etc. Some hats will cope with folding. Long-term folded storing is not yet recommended.
- 7. Can you repair/reduce/enlarge the old hat/cap?
- We perform maintenance and repair work on headgear. Please contact us or come visit our hat shop with your hat/cap/etc. and we will assess the situation. Please be prepared to leave your headgear with us for at least a few days.
- 8. There are earflaps mentioned in product information. What does that mean?
- Earlfaps bend inside the hat. That means it's possible to hide them and start using them when needed. Earflaps protect ears and neck.
- 9. Why does the hat look different than in the photo?
- We do our best to capture the details and color in photos. The color could vary due to different devices and screens.
Little differences between products can also appear because of manual work.
