Exchange and return conditions
A customer in Finland has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return only applies to unused and salable products with original product labels affixed. Note! The right of exchange and return does not apply to products that have been manufactured or modified at the customer's request to be different from the product in our selection. The customer can exchange the ordered product once for either a different size or color option for the same product or for another product, in which case the exchange / return is free of charge for the customer. If the product (s) are replaced more than once, the customer has undertaken to pay the costs of return and re-shipment.
According to the return, please include the following information:
• your name, address and telephone number
• your bank account number
• and your order number or a copy of the order confirmation that came with your order delivery

Once the product has been returned to us, we will check the condition of the product. If the product is still in good condition and unused, the money will be refunded directly to your account.
For unclaimed shipments returned to us, we will charge the customer a € 15 handling fee, which will be deducted from the refundable refund. We will charge a € 10 shipping fee for resending the package. We do not charge a handling fee for resubmission.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided by him is correct.
If necessary, Hattu.fi has the right to restrict or prevent the customer's transactions in the online store if the customer has repeatedly misbehaved and violated our terms.
